Arash & Lindany

Love and Destiny are strange concepts. Everyone is on a path of destiny we like to call life, oblivious to the fact that there is someone else out there in the world whose path is destined to cross yours.

We met in a mysterious way. I (Arash) was with my best friends, partying at festival among 300,000 other people. Linda was there with her older brother among the crowd. My friend started talking to Linda’s brother who happened to be standing next to him and the next thing I know is that he’s introducing me to them. I didn’t think much of it until Linda added me on Facebook and sent me a message a few days later and we began talking. We had to use Google translate at first to talk to each other because Linda didn’t speak much English at the time.

Our story began in an unlikely manner but our paths were destined to cross regardless of circumstances.

Here we are 8 years later to stand in-front of each other and say “I do” (without using Google translate) and share this moment with the people who we hold closest to our hearts, no matter the distance between us.
